Can I administer my own email accounts with your hosting service?
Yes. All of our hosting plans come with "cPanel" which allows you to control many of the functions of your hosted environment. You can add and delete email accounts, make your own backups of your website, monitor your disk space utilization and much more.

Will Quad 4 Technologies maintain my website that was developed by someone else?
Most likely. We'll want to take a look at your site and discuss your maintenance needs before making a commitment.

Will Quad 4 Technologies supply the photos used for my website?
That is up to you. Our site packages are priced with the assumption that you will be providing photos and images that are free of copyright restrictions. If you prefer that Quad 4 Technologies supply the graphics and images, there will be additional fees.

Will I be able to watch the progress of my website as it is being developed?
Yes. As part of the scope of work document, we'll define certain milestones in the development phase of your website. Not only will you be able to review the site as the work progresses, but we insist upon it! After reaching a milestone, we will not proceed until you have reviewed the work done to that point and approve it.

What if I change my mind about something after the website construction has already begun?
Not a problem. We'll make the changes you request and then continue on with the development. Please keep in mind that making major alterations to the original scope of work will likely change the cost of developing your website. Quad 4 Technologies will alert you up front if the changes will require an adjustment to the price of the finished product.
