What can you expect when you decide to let Quad 4 Technologies create a web site for you? The first step is a free consultation via email, telephone or in person if you are in the central Kentucky area. During this phase we need to gather information. We'll want to know about your organization, products/services, customers and competition. We'll spend time working with you to develop an understanding of what you are looking for in a website.
The next phase is to begin the actual website development. As we progress with the work that was outlined in the website design document, we'll require you to review the work in progress. This assures that the work that has been completed thus far meets with your approval. Once the web site is complete, meets your approval and you have submitted the final payment, we will be ready to upload the completed website to the web server where it will be viewable by the world! What if you want something changed after the site is live on the Internet? We will make minor changes free of charge for the first 60 days after the website goes live. After this all changes will be subject to our normal website maintenance fees. Based upon the information you have given us, we will provide a website design document that outlines the concept of the website, the work to be done and the cost involved. After this, all that's needed to begin the building phase of your website is a signed contract along with an initial payment.
